I am seventeen. For seventeen years, I’ve never known my father. What’s funny is: out of all the stories I’ve heard, I’m the one reaching out to him. Now, not knowing the background story, you may be confused.
I live nowhere near Culpeper, VA. In fact, I’m writing this from the other side of the United States. When I was two months old or so, I moved here. I’ve never seen Pensacola, Florida but everyone says I look like a Florida girl. In my eyes, I look nothing like my mom. Everyone in my family (who for the most part lives on the east coast) tells me I look like my dad. Anyways, I moved to California where my mom found a stable job which then moved her to Arizona. When you’re a teenager growing up in a suburban life with nothing but what seems like a broken home, things can get confusing. I don’t know who I am. I know, it sounds a little dramatic. Maybe even a little cliché but hey, as I said, I’m a teenager.
I was born with a last name I don’t even use anymore. Adams. It fits my first and middle name better than my current, but I’ve no idea where it comes from. I don’t know my background. I don’t know my heritage. I don’t know my father.
I have blonde hair and blue eyes. I heard he was an air traffic controller. I was born in Pensacola, Florida. I am a cheerleader at my Arizona High school. I have a half brother I’ve never met. My mother’s name is Michele. I’ve seen in pictures that he had brown hair. My name is Brianna Marie. I was born September 6th, 1992. Are you him?
